Possible Shipping Delays
Our goal is to ship products of the highest quality to every customer. In periods of extremely high market volatility, demand for some bullion products increases significantly, and more than 30 days may be required for your order to ship. We will still accept your order, and we will advise you if your order could have an extended shipping time.
For example, in periods of high demand, the U.S. Mint and the Royal Canadian Mint have temporarily suspended shipments of their products while they rebuild their inventories. As a result, an order for their products will be delayed until their shipments have resumed.
Certain bullion products, such as PAMP SUISSE gold bars, are bought and sold on the secondary market and are subject to availability, and more than 30 days may be needed for us to receive them into our inventory before we can ship them to our customers.
If you require a specific brand of bullion, your order may take longer to deliver than if you are willing to accept the first available brand of comparable quality and size. In either case, you will receive first-quality products when your shipment arrives at your door.
Bullion products that we strike in our own facility are produced in batches based on size to keep our production efficiency high. During periods of high demand, the cycle time to get through enough batches of every size to fill all orders can cause a delay in shipping. You can be assured that you will receive fresh-from-the-mint products of the highest-quality.
